Peak Karate-do
PEAK Karate-do introduces special needs children to the fundamentals of martial arts, including listening skills, self-discipline, simple tumbling, punching, kicking, and basic warmup exercises. Emphasis is placed upon listening to directions and a positive attitude. Children work at their own pace in a non-competitive positive atmosphere.

Unlike large bowling alleys, Pastime lanes is a Privately owned bowling alley with only 4 lanes! Perfect for those kids that need a less "charged" atmosphere!

PEAK's Music and Movement class gives kids ages 3 and older the chance to explore activities such as yoga, pilates and dance. Each 30 minute class will focus on a different activity while exploring a range of musical arrangements.
Coming Soon… PEAK Summer Camp!
This summer we are excited to offer a camp just for our PEAKsters and their siblings. For 2 hours after the ESY program ends, campers will engage in various recreational activities such as sports, music, creative movement, art, reading and more! Camp begins daily at the dismissal of the Mt. Olive ESY program and will be supervised and taught by qualified adults and volunteers.

Fitastics a.k.a. gymnastics

PEAK and CS Gymnastics have collaborated to give your child a unique opportunity to enhance their physical well-being while participating in a gymnastics program which is both fun and challenging. CS Gymnastics staff teaches basic gymnastic skills through entertaining circuits and skill stations.
Yoga

A fun experience for the entire family, PEAK Bowling runs for 5 weeks beginning in February. Come meet at Pastime Lanes in Mendham for a few hours of fun!
T-Ball
PEAK T-Ball introduces the participants to the fundamentals of t-ball including fielding, catching, throwing, and batting. Emphasis is on learning the skills necessary to work as a team. The atmosphere is relaxed and noncompetitive.

Swimming

Children 5 and older will be taught basic swimming skills through fun, engaging water activities. Each child will work towards his or her particular goals which have been set forth by the instructor and parent.
Soccer

Run by USA Soccer, Coach Matt creates practices which allow each child to work at his or her own pace while learning various soccer skills along the way!
Mainly skill based, there is no stress of playing a full game of soccer. Our practices are meant to give each child the foundation for more structured soccer games in the future.
